Prescription Refills

Our office submits and receives prescriptions electronically. The preferred way to request a prescription refill is to contact your pharmacy on-line or by phone to request your refill. The pharmacy will send an electronic refill request to the physician.

 

If you can't request the refill through your pharmacy, please submit the refill request via your patient portal or by calling the office.

Please be aware, if you are requesting a refill of a controlled substance, you must call our office.

Plan ahead -- it takes approximately:

• 2-3 business days for prescription requests

• 5-7 business days for prescriptions requiring a prior authorization​​
