Billing & Insurance

Our office will make every attempt to bill your health insurance carrier for medical services rendered to you.  It is your responsibility to provide us with timely and accurate information regarding your insurance policy.  Please keep us updated as changes occur.

We take most major insurances including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, United, and more. Please contact our office to confirm if we take your specific plan. ​

Your annual preventive physical is covered by most insurance plans at no cost to you. However, if you discuss a new or existing health condition during this visit that requires additional evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment, a separate charge may apply. This separate charge is for the 'sick' or problem-focused portion of your visit and is billed according to your insurance plan's copay, deductible, and coinsurance.

Co-payments are required by your insurance company and are to be paid at the time of service.
