Appointment Policies

Medical Healthcare Specialists will do its best to honor your appointment and provide incredible care to you during your time with us. In return, we expect you to attend each appointment on time and offer us 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please note that we require 24 business hours in order to consider an appointment a reschedule and not a missed appointment.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to check-in. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be seen on a case-by-case basis, depending on the provider’s schedule.

Appointments can be requested or rescheduled by calling the office or sending a request via your patient portal.
